HOW DO I USE WAX MELTS?
Using wax melts is easy. Simply place one or two pieces in a wax warmer or burner, then light the tea light or turn on the electric warmer. As the wax melts, it will release its fragrance into the air, creating an inviting and soothing atmosphere.

Yes, our wax melts are safe to use around pets when used as directed. However, it is essential to keep the warmer or burner away from pets & children and ensure it is placed on a flat, stable surface to prevent accidental spills or fires.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DESPATCH?
I aim to despatch your order in 1-2 working days Monday - Friday

WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?
Your order will be despatched with Royal Mail using 24-48hr tracked, other couriers may be chosen on orders over 2kg.
Due to busy seasonal periods deliveries can take longer than usual. please check your tracking number to get regular updates on your order.


Safety

 

Always place your wax Melter/Warmer on a heat resistant surface, in a stable position away from draughts and flammable objects

 

Do not leave a wax Melter/warmer unattended when lit

 

Never use a wet, cracked or dirty Melter/warmer.

 

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

For best results and for safety we recommend that you only use 4 hour tealights.

​

Some of our wax melts smell so good, almost edible but please don't. Our products are not for consumption.

 

You can reuse your wax melt until the scent has faded. Once faded remove wax reside and add a new one.

 

Lets keep our environment clean and safe: always throw away excess wax in the bin, never down the sink.
